Nicole Gaviria

Kia ora,

I’m Nicole Gaviria, I hold a Master’s in Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science. I’m deeply passionate about helping women heal from trauma, as well as their relationship with food, eating and body image.

I run the Body Image Recovery Group Therapy Program, supporting women to break free from the shame and pressure they feel around their bodies. I also offer adjunct 1:1 therapy for personalised support around food, eating, and body image, helping women explore these topics more deeply and create lasting change. My approach is grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and a non-diet, body-inclusive framework.

Outside of work, I’m a big foodie, love reformer pilates, karaoke, and any opportunity to listen to live music or find new tunes.
