Natasha Botha

Natasha is an experienced mental health therapist that has  been in practice since 2010.  She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults.

She has a special interest in the creative processing of challenges through directive and non-directive person-centred models of intervention, with a strong focus on adapting therapy to the unique needs of the individuals.

She is skilled in the conversational model of psychotherapy with adults, with a special focus on complex trauma and borderline personality disorder.

She is trained in various play therapy modalities to support children from the age of four,  by facilitating emotional expression, trauma processing and skill-building within a structured clinical framework.
