Milesa Cepe is a Clinical Psychologist located in Christchurch, New Zealand, bringing a wealth of experience from public, correctional, and private sectors. Specialising in work with adolescents and adults, she addresses a range of concerns, including trauma, relationship difficulties, mood dysregulation, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, and perfectionism.

Milesa was born in the Philippines and raised in New Zealand, allowing her to provide therapy in both English and Bisaya.
