Lucy Kioa

Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of working as a clinical psychologist. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who have experienced sexual trauma. I understand how deeply challenging it can be to navigate such experiences, and I offer a safe, compassionate space for healing. Through a combination of therapeutic approaches (including ACT, Mindful Self-Compassion, and EMDR) I tailor my support to meet your unique needs. My approach is grounded in kindness, respect, and a genuine commitment to your well-being. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, playing tennis, and relaxing with family.
