Lesley Morris

I am a registered Counsellor in Person Centred counselling, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with over 25 years experience working therapeutically with adults and children. I specialise in trauma and addictions as well as supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief and loss offering a compassionate and supportive approach.

I was born in England and value the richness that different cultures and lived experiences bring to healing. I moved to New Zealand in 2018 along with my husband and 2 grown children. I enjoy gardening and traveling and spending time with my family.

I am located in Rangiora and offer appointments Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8.30-12pm.
