Kate Harris

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. My main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I was born and raised in Christchurch and also completed my study here. I feel very privileged to be able to support people in their mental health journey and really enjoy seeing the individuals I work with progress and make positive changes. In my spare time, I enjoy dragon boating, travelling, and spending time with my young family.
