Kia Ora. I am a Registered Social Worker and qualified Counsellor, offering unique Social Work service integrating both of these skill sets. I particularly enjoy working with individuals to connect them in to meaningful activities in their  community, offering Trauma Sensitive  graded exposure, affect regulation, Somatic and sensory modulation alongside modalities your therapist has used in sessions. Overall I love empowering individuals to move forward in their life with their hopes and  goals.  In addition to this service, I also provide generic Social Work for support with health appointments, decision making and goal setting, psychoeducation, routines planning and wrap around support if needed.

I have experience in Adventure Therapy, primary and tertiary health care, education sector, supervision as well as many years in Sensitive Claims. I am also a trauma informed yoga co-facilitator, near completion of Safe and Sound Protocol, and offer private paying appointments for parents with children who identify as neurodiverse.

I have two children and both myself and my husband love adventures as a family as well as quality time reading a good book!
