Jack Carrell

I’m a clinical psychologist with seven years’ experience treating mental health difficulties. I worked four years at Hillmorton Hospital with Canterbury District Health Board (Te Whatu Ora), then moved to private practice in early 2022. I have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adult ADHD. I also specialise in trauma treatment using EMDR therapy. My client-centred approach creates a safe, compassionate environment where clients can express themselves, develop coping strategies, and work through their challenges.
