Erin Helliwell

Tēnā koe, I’m Erin, a clinical psychologist based in Ōtautahi, raised in Tāmaki Makaurau. My main therapy modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’m passionate about connecting with people in a warm, genuine way to support them in their wellbeing. When I’m not working, you can usually find me doing something fun with my toddler, riding my bike or reading.
