Ellen Wright

Ellen is a Clinical Psychologist working in Ōtautahi/Christchurch. Ellen works from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming perspective, with experience in emotional dysregulation, developmental trauma, and general mental health concerns. She is passionate about understanding the unique experience of each individual and draws on her training in a range of therapy modalities (including CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR) to inform treatment
